Mini Documentary

Southern Cross Kids Camp

This project was a Hebron Films project, where I was lead producer on this project including pre-production, filming & editing.

The Project

This video aimed to tell the life-changing story of four different campers that have been on a Southern Cross Kids Camp and are now living a life they never dreamed they would have.

The outcome of this video was to create an emotional connection between the audience and the video, so that it could be used as a tool to increase funding for this incredible organisation.

My Involvement

I was fortunate enough to be the lead producer on this video, which got me involved in all aspects of the production process.

The initial story weaving and messaging was produced by myself, which was then revised and improved upon by the team. I filmed 3/4 of the interviews and most of the b-roll seen within the film.

There was an initial edit done by someone else for a 3 person cut which provided an excellent basis for myself to deliver the final 4 person edit.
